Substitutions

For our substitutions concept, we feel that we could utilise the data from the real-time TV recommendations, the recommendations based on recordings, reminders and previously viewed TV. We felt that we could improve people's TV viewing giving "more of the TV you love" by changing the TV package by making channel substitutions automatically. In other words, disused channels will be removed and replaced with channels that air programmes that are recommended to them. This could then ultimately lead to an upgrade or downgrade being recommended. Updating this in the background for you removes unnecessary cost.
